Add support for SVG Files/Images
Adding SVG files to available input file types can be useful for logos, amblems, flags, pictograms etc.

ImageResizer’s scope is already too large. We’d happily advertise a community-maintained plugin (that, say wraps Inkscape or some other renderer).

Specifically, the goal should be converting SVG to other formats, eg PNG or GIF.
